You can also see the mini marsupial, the Quokka, found only in Western Australia. King’s Park
Something not to be missed is a visit to King’s Park. Situated on the crest of Mount Eliza, the park has spectacular views of Perth’s skyline. You can also go on a Bushland trail and enjoy strolling in the serene gardens.
Fremantle
A visit to the seaside port of Fremantle will give you a historical insight as you visit the Maritime museum and shipwreck galleries. Make sure to visit the famous Sail and Anchor where you can choose from a huge selection of 43 tap beers.

When choosing where to eat, you will be spoilt for choice. Perth has lots of restaurants with different cuisines. SwanValley and CBD have some nice restaurants with delicious food. Perth is known to be one of the best places for seafood. When visiting Fremantle make sure to eat some fish and chips fresh from the boat.
Nightlife
When the sun goes down, the clubs come to life. The Crown hotel makes for a great night out. Here you can enjoy a nice meal, watch a show in the theatre, dance away in one of the many night clubs or try your luck in the casino. If you want to dance the night away, Northbridge has a vibrant nightlife with some good night clubs. The Metropolis Concert Club is Perth’s largest night club with good music and a friendly atmosphere. Some other popular night clubs are The Church and Club A.
